Vous devez désactiver l'envoi et l'acceptation :

echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth0/send_redirects
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/lo/send_redirects
# Disable accept redirects
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/all/accept_redirects
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/default/accept_redirects
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth0/accept_redirects
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/lo/accept_redirects
Pour le rendre permanent au redémarrage, dans votre sysctl.conf placez les lignes suivantes
net.ipv4.conf.all.accept_redirects = 0

Veuillez noter que les fichiers /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/... sont en lecture seule même pour l'utilisateur root. Vous devez les désactiver en utilisant votre configuration VPN. Par exemple dans OpenSwan vous devez faire :
Prompt> sudo vi /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv4.conf.all.accept_redirects = 0
net.ipv4.conf.all.send_redirects = 0
Vous pouvez également utiliser
sudo sysctl stuff.you.want.to.change=newValue
