erreur de configuration "OpenSSL has unsupported dynamic loading" lors de la construction de bind9

Lorsque vous essayez de construire un lien à partir des sources, ./configure échoue avec la sortie suivante :

checking for OpenSSL library... using OpenSSL from /usr/local/lib and /usr/local/include
checking whether linking with OpenSSL works... yes
checking whether linking with OpenSSL requires -ldl... unknown
configure: error: OpenSSL has unsupported dynamic loading

J'ai OpenSSL 1.1.0e dans /usr/local et j'essaie de construire bind 9.11.0-P3.

Comment réparer cette erreur ?
