nginx n'accepte pas les connexions provenant d'IP externes

J'ai un serveur Ubuntu et j'ai installé nginx, mais il n'accepte pas les connexions à partir d'IP externes (je vois ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED lorsque j'essaie de faire une demande à partir du navigateur).

Nginx est en cours d'exécution, il répond lorsque je fais des demandes locales ou via le transfert de port ssh.

80 aussi est ouvert : sudo tcpdump port 80

Y a-t-il des iptables/firewalld en cours d'exécution ?

Je l'ajoute pour sensibiliser les gens si quelqu'un le recherche sur Google. Cela peut être dû à un pare-feu en cours d'exécution. Videz iptables/firewalld/ufw et voyez si le problème persiste.

Donc si tcpdump montre le trafic de port, il peut toujours être filtré par le pare-feu.
