J'ai un serveur Ubuntu et j'ai installé nginx, mais il n'accepte pas les connexions à partir d'IP externes (je vois ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED lorsque j'essaie de faire une demande à partir du navigateur).
Nginx est en cours d'exécution, il répond lorsque je fais des demandes locales ou via le transfert de port ssh.
80 aussi est ouvert : sudo tcpdump port 80

Fermez temporairement les iptables, pour ne pas gêner le dépannage, et voyez si c'est le problème. Sinon, vous pourriez perdre beaucoup de temps pour une mauvaise configuration évidente du pare-feu.
