"SIOCSIFFLAGS : Operation not possible due to RF-kill" ?

$  sudo ifconfig wlan0 up

SIOCSIFFLAGS: Operation not possible due to RF-kill

et ensuite

$ sudo rfkill list all

0: phy0: Wireless LAN

     Soft blocked: yes

     Hard blocked: no

1: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth

     Soft blocked: yes

     Hard blocked: yes

Que signifie le message d'erreur ? Qu'est-ce que le RF-kill ?

[Mise à jour]

Quand j'applique la suggestion de Fossfreedom, j'obtiens "SIOCSIFFLAGS: No such device" .

0: phy0: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
1: asus-wlan: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
