Performances graphiques médiocres des invités KVM

Je suis un KVM Je suis un débutant et j'ai de mauvaises performances graphiques.

Hôte : Asus UX305FA avec mini Ubuntu 17.10 avec i3 gestionnaire de fenêtres.

Invité 1 : Windows 10

Pour l'affichage, j'utilise Épices et la vidéo est réglée sur QXL. J'ai installé l'agent/client Spice dans les deux invités.

Les mauvaises performances sont à peu près les mêmes avec les 2 invités. L'expérience est lente et si je joue une vidéo Youtube, il y a beaucoup de déchirures. De plus, la résolution ne change pas automatiquement en fonction de la taille de Windows de l'invité.

Dans le même hôte, si j'exécute une VM Win10 dans Virtualbox, j'ai de bien meilleures performances graphiques et la résolution automatique basée sur la fenêtre de l'invité fonctionne.

Que puis-je essayer pour améliorer les performances graphiques ?

更新しました。 Comme suggéré par @byte-commander, j'ai créé une nouvelle VM avec Debian 9. Dans ce cas, la résolution automatique fonctionne mais les performances graphiques sont encore faibles.
