Erreur de localisation des bibliothèques HDF5, auparavant il les localisait très bien, j'ai récemment installé l'environnement gcc7.2 ? PS. message d'erreur et configuration

Assurez-vous d'avoir installé les paquets de développement nécessaires pour le HDF.

apt-cache policy libhdf4-dev libhdf5-dev

et s'ils ne sont pas installés, installez-les avec :

sudo apt-get install libhdf4-dev libhdf5-dev
