L'installation de numpy de Python continue d'échouer

J'essaie d'installer numpy mais l'installation échoue pour une raison quelconque.
En fait, ce dont j'ai besoin, c'est de l'outil Python ne pas apprendre mais numpy (et scipy) sont des dépendances.

Alors j'ai couru :

sudo pip install numpy

Il y est dit Perhaps you need to install python-dev|python-devel mais ce n'est pas le cas. Lorsque j'essaie d'installer Python-dev, le message suivant apparaît :

python-dev is already the newest version.

Je pense que la source du problème est l'avertissement :

Mais je n'ai aucune idée de la façon d'aborder cette question.

Seule l'ancienne version peut être installée avec pip. Vous pouvez souhaiter installer la dernière version avec git.

La version courte est :

sudo apt-get install python3.4-dev
git clone git@github.com:dnouri/nolearn.git
cd nolearn
pip install -r requirements.txt
python setup.py develop

Cette installation devrait inclure toutes les exigences.

Vous avez également besoin du paquetage de développement Python 3.4.
