ubuntu 18.04 sur dell inspiron 15 7000 series : pas de son après la mise à jour

J'ai ubuntu 18.04.4 sur un dell inspiron 15 série 7000. Après quelques mises à jour, le son a cessé de fonctionner. Lorsque je fais

aplay -l

J'obtiens le résultat suivant

aplay: device_list:221: no soundcard found...

Quand je le fais lspci -v | grep -A7 -i "audio"

Je reçois

J'ai essayé différentes choses, comme purger et réinstaller pulseaudio et alsa, ajouter mon utilisateur au groupe audio, et redémarrer le système mais rien n'a fonctionné.

J'ai essayé d'exécuter alsamixer et j'obtiens ce qui suit

J'ai essayé la commande sudo modprobe -v snd_hda_intel et n'a pas obtenu de résultat.
