Impossible de monter ou de reconnaître le lecteur flash usb ubuntu 14.04

J'ai des problèmes pour monter ma clé usb3.0 de 16 Go à la fois sous Windows 7 et sous Ubuntu 14.04.

Le périphérique n'apparaît pas sur fdisk ou quand je lance lsusb.

Voici ce que j'obtiens lorsque je lance dmesg après l'avoir branché. Toute aide sera grandement appréciée.

Je ne sais pas si c'est lié, mais la première fois que j'ai essayé de l'utiliser, j'ai eu un crash sous ubuntu.

Si votre clé USB a des problèmes à la fois sur Windows et Ubuntu et ça se connecte/déconnecte/connecte/déconnecte/... tout le temps, on dirait que le circuit de contrôle de votre clé USB a été cassé.

Pour être absolument sûr :

  1. essayez un autre périphérique USB sur le même port (Clavier/souris/imprimante/...)
  2. Arrêtez complètement la machine, retirez l'alimentation et les piles, rallumez-la une seconde, remettez les piles et l'alimentation, allumez-la et essayez à nouveau.

si 1 fonctionne et 2 échoue, jetez la clé USB et achetez-en une nouvelle.
