Ubuntu 19.04 nécessite une réinitialisation fréquente de network-manager

J'ai un Système 76 serval. Le wifi cesse fréquemment de fonctionner et le service network-manager doit être redémarré. Il s'arrête tout seul, mais peut être déclenché en changeant de wifi 3 fois (parfois plus, parfois moins) !

Quand ça marche, j'ai :

Si je bascule entre mes deux routeurs wifi trois fois (parfois plus) à l'aide de la commande Select Network de la barre des tâches, le wifi cesse de fonctionner.
