Courriel étiqueté comme SPAM

Je crée une liste de diffusion avec Mailman sur un serveur Ubuntu. Le domaine principal de mon serveur est DOMAIN1.FR mais ma liste de diffusion est ticsve@DOMAIN2.FR .

Je pense avoir fait tout ce qu'il fallait faire mais mes emails sont marqués comme SPAM.

  1. Votre email est signé DKIM deux fois, une fois avec succès, une fois sans succès. Il semble qu'il soit d'abord signé par GMAIL, puis par votre serveur de messagerie (mais le corps du message est modifié, ce qui entraîne l'échec de la signature DKIM originale de GMAIL). Puisque vous "xxxxxx" le Canonicalized Body dans le rapport du port 25, il est difficile pour quiconque d'indiquer ce qui a changé.
  2. Ensuite, jetez un coup d'œil au rapport de Spam Assassin :

    RBL: SORBS: sender is a spam source [209.85.215.44 listed in dnsbl.sorbs.net]

Vous êtes dans la liste des RBL de SORBS, ce qui est une autre raison pour laquelle votre courriel pourrait être signalé comme SPAM. RBL = Real-Time Blacklist - Vous devriez surveiller cela avec une Outil de surveillance des listes noires .

  1. Le rapport Port25 est un excellent outil, mais il ne vérifie que les méthodes d'authentification utilisées dans votre courrier électronique. Il ne détectera pas les problèmes de configuration, comme une véritable erreur de configuration. test d'email ce qui peut également entraîner l'envoi de votre message dans les spams.
