Système très lent, j'essaie de trouver le goulot d'étranglement

J'ai installé Ubuntu 12.10 sur un Sony VIAO E Series VPCEH16EN, 4GB RAM, 320 GB HDD, Intel Core i3-2310M Processor 2.10GHz. Il s'agit d'un dual boot avec Windows7 en parallèle.

Je vois que le système est très lent à répondre, toute vidéo reste bloquée entre la lecture. Pouvez-vous m'aider à trouver où se trouve le goulot d'étranglement ? Voici la sortie de hdparm y smartctl :

Les données S.M.A.R.T. de votre disque montrent que votre disque dur est défaillant. Je sauvegarderais toutes les informations que vous pourriez avoir d'importantes sur votre disque et je le remplacerais dès que possible.

Tous les Type : Avant la défaillance Les avertissements devraient être clairs à ce sujet avec l'ajout du 104, 105, 106, 107 et 108 des erreurs dans le smartctl rapport.

Vous pouvez également vérifier l'état de votre disque dur (indiqué par les données S.M.A.R.T.) en utilisant l'écran suivant palimpsest ( Disk Utility ) et de vérifier le statut à cet endroit
