Sous Windows 7, comment modifier les paramètres du proxy à partir de la ligne de commande ?

J'espère que je vous indique la bonne direction, mais si vous essayez d'accéder aux paramètres du proxy par le biais des "options Internet", ouvrez simplement le menu Démarrer et tapez "option Internet" (tout paramètre ou application que vous pouvez localiser de cette manière contient également l'exemple "proxy"). Vous devriez alors reconnaître ce menu et être en mesure d'ajouter les paramètres dont vous avez besoin.
