Le système des paquets est défaillant. Impossible de le réparer

J'ai essayé plusieurs choses en ligne pour résoudre ce problème comme faire fonctionner sudo apt-get -f install y sudo apt-get clean

C'est ce que j'obtiens lorsque j'essaie de faire une mise à jour avec le logiciel de mise à jour :

Check if you are using third party repositories. If so disable them, since they are a common source of problems.
Furthermore run the following command in a Terminal: apt-get install -f

J'ai essayé de suivre la réponse de ce guide, mais cela ne m'a pas aidé : Comment résoudre les dépendances non satisfaites après l'ajout d'un PPA ?

J'utilise la version 20.04. Je suis un noob donc je ne suis pas sûr de ce que je fais, j'ai juste besoin que cela soit corrigé.

Je ne peux pas installer Synaptic Package Manager car je ne peux pas installer de programmes.
