Impossible de désinstaller des applications via le Centre de logiciels Ubuntu

J'utilise Ubuntu 10.04

Récemment, j'ai essayé de désinstaller des applications à partir du centre de logiciels Ubuntu, mais l'application est désinstallée, mais avec une erreur. Lorsque je vérifie l'application à partir du menu des applications, l'icône apparaît, mais lorsque je clique dessus, le message d'erreur apparaît. Je veux me débarrasser de ce problème. Il s'agit d'un problème lié à votre locale, c'est-à-dire à votre langue et au format de l'heure et de la date. Je ne me souviens pas exactement à quoi cela ressemble dans la version 10.04, mais vous devriez pouvoir le trouver dans le menu Système. En 12.04, il s'appelle "Language Support".

Assurez-vous que vos paramètres linguistiques sont corrects et que vous avez installé les langues que vous utilisez. Vous devez également appliquer vos modifications à l'ensemble du système. Dans la version 12.04, cette opération s'appelle "Appliquer à l'ensemble du système".
